A Romantic Wedding at Wentbridge House Hotel in Yorkshire

Getting Ready at Wentbridge House
Michaela spent a calm, joy-filled morning in her suite with her sister and mother, surrounded by soft light and shared laughter. Meanwhile, Neill got ready at home before heading to the hotel for relaxed portraits in the bar and around the grounds. As they prepared separately, the excitement quietly built — two halves of one perfect day coming together.
The Wedding Ceremony: Heartfelt Vows
The ceremony was filled with natural light and the soft scent of real flowers by Flowerworks Yorkshire, adding a romantic touch to the space. As Michaela walked down the aisle, the emotion was palpable. Their personal vows created a quiet, unforgettable moment — pure and full of love.
Drinks Reception: Music, Canapés & Celebration
After the ceremony, the celebration continued in another beautiful room of Wentbridge House Hotel. Guests enjoyed a stylish drinks reception with delicious canapés, accompanied by the soulful voice of live singer Joseph O’Brien. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful — the perfect lead-in to the evening ahead.

Portrait Session: Golden Moments
While guests mingled, Michaela and Neill slipped away for their portrait session. With the stunning grounds of Wentbridge House as their backdrop, they shared quiet, joyful moments captured in soft, golden light. Each photo reflected not just the beauty of the setting, but the deep connection between them — natural, effortless, and full of love.
Wedding Breakfast in the Crystal Suite
After the ceremony, guests gathered in the Crystal Suite for the wedding breakfast. Following the speeches, and just after dessert, Michaela surprised everyone — especially Neill — with a performance by The Undercover Waiters. Disguised as staff, they suddenly broke into song, filling the room with laughter, music, and pure joy. The surprise led perfectly into the evening’s celebrations, ending with a romantic first dance that brought the day to a beautiful close.
Michaela and Neill’s wedding was a joyful, deeply personal celebration brought to life by a talented team of creatives and makers.
